Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst 3 to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirements elicitation, process modeling, data analysis, and stakeholder management and a proven ability to translate business needs into clear, testable, and prioritized requirements that drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery sessions to elicit and document business and functional requirements.
• Create process flows, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders, product, engineering, and QA.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency with requirement management tools and SQL for data queries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Clear communication, documentation, and facilitation abilities.
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or similar role.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.
• Background in data visualization or BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
